The flag of innovation in the Indonesian manufacturing industry is flying high on the global stage after TRK Valves appeared as the sole representative of the national manufacturing industry at the LNG 2026 event in Qatar. This world-class energy exhibition serves as an important showcase for global industry players, particularly in the liquefied natural gas (LNG) sector.
Soni, President Director of PT Teknologi Rekayasa Katup, stated that TRK Valves' presence at the event was not merely participation, but proof that Indonesian-made engineering products are capable of competing in the highly competitive international energy industry.
"TRK Valves' presence at this event is proof that Indonesian engineering products possess world-class quality and are capable of competing in the competitive global energy industry," Soni said in a press release on Saturday (February 6).
Founded in 2015, TRK Valves holds the distinction of being the only fully integrated ball valve manufacturer in Indonesia. All key processes, from design, engineering, machining, assembly, and testing, are performed in-house. TRK Valves is known for its custom build-to-order concept. Each valve product is designed to meet specific application needs. These solutions are used in various strategic sectors, such as oil and gas, LNG, geothermal, and petrochemicals.
At the LNG 2026 exhibition, TRK Valves showcased its superior Engineered Ball Valves, including Single Block & Bleed (SBB) and Double Block & Bleed (DBB). The products on display ranged from floating to trunnion-mounted, both manual and automatic, including SDV, ESDV, BDV, and MOV, including those for cryogenic applications, which are essential for the LNG industry.
TRK Valves' excellence lies not only in design but also in its mastery of materials. The company is capable of processing a wide range of materials, from carbon steel to exotic materials like nickel alloys, which are highly complex and are mastered by only a few global manufacturers. All TRK Valves products undergo an advanced design engineering process using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure resistance to extreme pressures and temperatures in accordance with international standards.
TRK Valves' participation in LNG 2026 was witnessed by representatives from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, specifically the Directorate General of Oil and Gas, and the Indonesian Ambassador to Qatar. This presence underscored TRK Valves' role as a representative of national manufacturing capabilities on the global stage.
Participation in LNG 2026 not only expanded its network but also resulted in strategic agreements with partners from Qatar and Oman. This step strengthens TRK Valves' expansion in the Middle East, complementing the company's existing presence in the United Arab Emirates.
