PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia (TGI)—founded in 2002 as a joint venture of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (59.87%), Transasia Pipeline Pvt. Ltd (40%), and YKPP PGN (0.13%)—owns and operates more than 1,000 km of natural gas pipelines. TGI transports gas for Indonesia’s domestic markets in Sumatra and Batam, and for Singapore, providing secure, efficient, and commercially reliable midstream services.
