Project Management for Gas/LNG Infrastructure: Advanced Digital Framework Course

Project Management for Gas/LNG Infrastructure: Advanced Digital Framework Course 2026 is designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of project management for increasingly complex Gas/LNG infrastructure projects. The course combines 7 PMBOK® Performance Domains with 6 Gas/LNG specialized areas, supported by the 5W1H methodology, Digital Intelligence Framework, and Digital Workspace to help participants apply structured project management principles to real project cases.

The program emphasizes practical application through the development of key project deliverables, including project charter, scope, WBS, schedule, cost, risk, control plan, and digital project dashboards, followed by a capstone simulation and integrated output. The framework is applicable to LNG terminals, FSRUs, pipelines, compressor stations, CNG plants, gas distribution systems, and other Gas/LNG facilities. The course will be held on 7–8 December 2026 at Gumaya Hotel, Semarang.
