Pertagas Targets Gas Distribution Growth in 2026

PT Pertamina Gas (Pertagas) is targeting business growth in 2026, in line with its positive performance throughout 2025. At the very least, the company is aiming for an increase in gas distribution volume and oil transportation.
Pertagas President Director Indra Sembiring stated that the company's revenue in 2025 will reach US$861 million, an increase of approximately 2% compared to the previous year. In terms of profitability, Pertagas recorded EBITDA of US$427.5 million, a 15.9% year-on-year increase.
"This means there is growth compared to last year. The EBITDA is US$427.5 million, a 15.9% increase compared to last year. This is both encouraging and challenging," Indra said at CNBC Indonesia's Energy Corner event on Friday (May 8, 2026).
Therefore, for 2026, Pertagas is targeting a gas distribution volume of 1,600 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD). Furthermore, oil transportation volume is also targeted to increase to above 175,000 barrels per day.
"This means that we are also targeting growth in 2026. So, our target for 2026 is to increase gas distribution to 1,600 MMSCFD, and transportation volume will also increase to above 175,000 barrels per day," he said.
As is known, Pertagas' gas distribution in 2025 reached more than 1,500 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD). Meanwhile, oil distribution also increased by 8%. Pertagas is recorded as distributing oil in the Pertamina Nunukan area, reaching approximately 175,000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD).
In the regasification sector, volume at the Arun LNG Terminal reached approximately 155 BBTUD, a 6% increase compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, LPG production from the PT Pertagas group reached approximately 450 tons per day. This figure is equivalent to approximately 14% of total national LPG production.
