Advanced Project Management Course for Gas/LNG Project 2026 is an intensive two-day program designed to strengthen advanced project management capabilities for complex and large-scale Gas and LNG projects. The course focuses on integrated control of project scope, schedule, cost, and risk, covering advanced Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, schedule planning and Time Impact Analysis (TIA), cost estimation, Earned Value Management (EVM), change order administration, and contract governance. Emphasis is placed on establishing disciplined project control frameworks to ensure effective execution and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The program is highly practice-oriented, featuring multi-case simulations and hands-on workshops that replicate real-world Gas and LNG project challenges. Participants will engage in advanced scheduling, cost performance analysis, risk assessment and mitigation planning, and contract termination evaluation, enabling a comprehensive understanding of decision-making under complex project conditions.
