Advance Project Management for Gas/LNG Project Course 2025

1-2 December 2025, Luxton Hotel-Bandung

Advanced Project Management for Gas/LNG Project Course 2025 is a two-day intensive program on 1–2 December 2025 at The Luxton Hotel, Bandung, designed to turn project fundamentals into execution excellence for large-scale gas and LNG assets.

The course is led by senior practitioners Insyir Rahman and Tanudji Darmasakti, bringing decades of field experience across pipelines, regas units, shutdowns, and plant operations. Ideal for project engineers, planners, cost controllers, and managers, the program equips teams with rigorous methods, practical tools, and shared language to deliver complex gas/LNG projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.

Day 1 builds core capability in scope management & change control, advanced scheduling (CPM, dependencies, MS Project/Primavera), cost management (estimating, baselines, EVM), and risk management tailored to gas/LNG projects.

Day 2 is fully practical, with three hands-on workshops: developing a detailed WBS & change analysis, simulating EVM & delay strategies, and running a project risk simulation to produce a high-impact risk register and mitigation plan. Participants leave with ready-to-use templates, decision frameworks, and techniques to keep scope–time–cost–riskunder control.
